On Saturday, September 20th, 2025, doors open at 6:30 PM as we welcome guests with live Texas roots music and a glass of Texas Wanderer wine. At 7:30, sit down to a true chuck wagon dinner cooked fireside, just like the old days. Hear stories from the road and sip alongside the man behind the legend, Randy Booher, the Texas Wanderer himself. This is more than a meal, it’s a journey through flavor, fire, and frontier spirit.
