Texas Wine Collective is proud to be pouring at this year’s Texas Wine Auction Barrel Auction, held in Slate Theory’s unforgettable underground cave as part of the 2025 Fredericksburg Food and Wine Festival!

This exclusive evening features pours from over 25 top Texas wineries, rare auction lots up for grabs, and the chance to mingle with winemakers in a one-of-a-kind Hill Country setting.

Best of all, proceeds fund a three-year grant placing licensed mental health counselors in Fredericksburg’s middle and high schools, helping expand access to critical care for local students.

Texas Wine Collective at the Grand Tasting Pavilion

Join Texas Wine Collective at the 2025 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival inside the Grand Tasting Pavilion—the heart of the weekend’s wine celebration!

We’ll be pouring a curated selection of our wines alongside fellow Texas wineries, offering you the chance to sip, swirl, and savor the best of the Hill Country. Bring your four-legged furry friends to Texas Wine Collective for an afternoon of wine, music, and fun for the whole family! We are always dog friendly on our grounds, but this event is designed specifically with them in mind.

Our Howl-O-Ween Dress Up Contest will begin at 2:30pm. Outdoor bars are available for wine tasting or wine by the glass. The Hill Country SPCA will be in attendance with dogs for adoption and 15% of wine sale proceeds will be donated to the SPCA.
