Join us for this "Playful Pairing" on March 7th as we celebrate one of our favorite times of the year -- Girl Scout Cookie season! Treat your taste buds to a playful and delicious adventure with our Girl Scout Cookie & Wine Pairing Experience featuring Texas Wine Collective wines. Hosted in our cozy Board Room, this event blends nostalgia, fun, and flavor...perfect for anyone who loves great wine, sweet treats, or discovering unexpected pairings.

Your host will lead you through a curated lineup of wines, each matched with iconic Girl Scout Cookies chosen to highlight the best in every sip and bite. 

Three Sessions: 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm

Spring brings the excitement of the Highland Games to the Hill Country! Join us on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, for Texas Wine Collective’s 7th annual Highland Games, a day filled with thrilling Scottish athletic competitions, kilts, delicious bites from the Cork & Fork food truck, captivating performances by the San Antonio Scottish Highland Dancers, the vibrant sounds of the Alamo City Pipes & Drums, and much more!

Admission is free, making it the perfect event for the whole family.

Celebrate Spring Break with us from Monday, March 16th through Friday, March 20th as we extend our hours and keep the fun going until 6:00 PM! Enjoy live music and delicious bites from the Cork & Fork food truck, open until 6:00 PM each evening. Bring the whole family, including your furry friends, to soak up the festive atmosphere and make lasting memories. With great food, local wine, and live entertainment, it's the perfect way to spend your Spring Break evenings!

Join us for a day filled with fun for the whole family! Enjoy free admission, live music by Kelany Brent, and the chance to meet adorable adoptable dogs from the Hill Country SPCA, onsite from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Sip and savor with wine tastings available on our patios, specially set up to accommodate you and your pup. Plus, the Cork & Fork food truck will be open, serving up delicious bites to make your day even better! Whether you’re looking for a new furry friend or just a relaxing day in the Hill Country, this event has something for everyone! 

We’re pairing your favorite salty, crispy snacks with perfectly matched wines for a FUN and EASY twist on traditional tastings. Come for the wine, stay for the chips—and maybe discover your new favorite combo along the way!

Enjoy a fabulous and FUN night and make memories at Texas Wine Collective with the Chameleon Dueling Pianos. Gates open at 6:30pm, and the pianos start dueling at 7:00pm. The Cork & Fork food truck will be open.

Tickets are $25 per person and kids 12yrs and under are free. Tickets are non refundable.

Limited VIP Packages are available and include 4 tickets, a bottle of wine, and early access to the event.
