Texas Wanderer Wine Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Texas Wanderer Wine Dinner, a celebration of bold wines, cowboy tradition, and authentic Hill Country hospitality. Doors open at 6:30 pm as we welcome guests with live Texas roots music and Texas Wanderer wine. Then gather around the live fire pit as Chef Max of REVEL cooks up a frontier-inspired feast, flames and all. Hear stories from the road and sip alongside the man behind the legend, Randy Booher, the Texas Wanderer himself. This is more than a meal. It’s a journey through flavor, fire, and frontier spirit. Weather permitting, the event will be held outside.
Kick off the evening with a selection of passed hors d’oeuvres:
- Classic Deviled Eggs
- Green Chile Pimento Cheese Crostini topped with Millionaire Bacon
- Buttermilk Fried Quail Legs drizzled with Sriracha glaze
Dinner Menu: Ancho Chile Marinated, Live Fire Beef Picanha, served alongside fresh Citrus Jicama Slaw, hearty Ranchero Beans, and Jalapeño Cornbread.
End on a sweet note with Apple Berry Crumble, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream.
