Tre Colore 2021
Cinsault, Carignan, and a dash of Viognier—a blend of three heat-loving varieties traditionally found in southern France that are perfectly suited to the Texas High Plains. Cinsault provides the fruit-driven backbone; Carignan adds tannin and a floral, smoky complexity; and Viognier offers textural richness and heightened lift of acidity. Slightly chilled, this is the perfect red for hot weather. Tre Colore is enjoyable by itself or with everything from burgers to grilled salmon.
