Texas Keeper No.1 is our flagship cider. It's crafted from 6-12 apple varieties fermented individually and blended to build a well-balanced, dry cider with notes of ripe peat and melon, subtle rosewater and honeysuckle, with a crisp green apple finish. 

Apple Varietals: 24% Northern Spy, 17% Honeycrisp, 16% Granny Smith, 12% Ben Davis, 9% Fuji, 7% Gala 6% Sweetie, 5% Empire, and 4% Golden Delicious.
