Fruit-forward wine with aromas of stewed strawberries, black plum, and rhubarb. Dry, medium-bodied red wine with fruit flavors blackberries, prunes, and vine ripe tomatoes. Earthy minerality with hints of pipe tobacco on the finish. This wine shows brilliant and well-balanced acids that provide a well-structured mouthfeel and smooth tannins.
Pair with Mesquite grilled sirloin steak, dark chocolate-covered coffee beans, and gruyere cheese.
