At Texas Wine Collective, we're about the Wine Experience. Our inaugural wines are as inviting as the people you'll find at our estate. Savor the best hospitality and flavors the Texas Hill Country has to offer. Our GSM is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah from the Texas Hill Country and Texas High Plains, fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak for 24 months. This wine was blended by Jean Hoefliger and Consulting Winemaking Team.
