Brennan Vineyards

This wine is a tribute to James Madison McCrary white 1876 historic homestead is the home of Brennan Vineyards. McCrary was a true frontiersman, avid horticulturist, and businessman. He opened the town's first general store and cotton gin. McCrary went on to serve and protect the people of Comanche as a Ranger of the Company D Minute Men Comanche County, from May 1872 to June 1873 as a Ranger of the Frontier Battalion. With this wine, we tip our glasses to "The Protectors".
This medium-bodied wine is a rich claret color with a thin maroon rim. Aromas of sour cherry, herbaceous green peppercorn, and granite-like minerality on the nose followed by tart flavors of raspberry with a subtle hint of plum on the palate.
Pair with Grilled pork chops, enchiladas with mole sauce, ratatouille, and homemade sourdough breads
