The 2024 Cuvee is a still wine blend of Semillon and Viognier from Newburg Vineyards near Comanche, Texas, with a hint of Muscat Blanc from Reddy Vineyards in Brownfirld, TX. This wine is lively and energetic with a vibrant hue of canary yellow with a slightly watery rim. Aromatics of candied apricots, butterscotch, and toasted hazelnut fill the glass. The body is medium-plus in weight on the palate with rich flavors of candied Meyer lemon, persimmon, hints of tropical fruits, Mexican vanilla, and buttered brioche toast
Pair with burrata, prosciutto-wrapped melon, and smothered pork chops.
