The 2022 Dry Riesling has a pale straw appearance with rich aromas of citrus fruits, lemon curd, and key lime throughout the glass. Flavors of tart gooseberry and crisp mouthwatering granny smith apple on the palate rounded out by brioche toast and hints of jasmine on the lengthy finish.
Pair with Fresh burrata, mesquite-fired quail, or scallop risotto.
