Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the world's most popular grapes. Its versatility allows it to express different flavor profiles depending on where it grew. Texas Cabernet Sauvignon tends to be more fruit-forward, expressing less minerality and terror than those from other growing regions. This Cabernet has a deep brick color. The aromas of ripe blackberry carry over to the palate along with jammy huckleberry on the finish. The finish lingers with hints of espresso and dark cocoa with soft tannins.  

Pair with Blackberry jam with goat cheese on melba toast, BBW ribs with sweet BBQ sauce, hamburger with caramelized onions, and dark chocolate mousse sprinkled with dark cocoa powder.
