Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Texas Wanderer Wine Dinner, a celebration of bold wines, cowboy tradition, and authentic Hill Country hospitality. Doors open at 6:30pm as we welcome guests with live Texas roots music and Texas Wanderer wine. Then gather around the live fire pit as Chef Max of REVEL cooks up a frontier-inspired feast, flames and all. Hear stories from the road and sip alongside the man behind the legend, Randy Booher, the Texas Wanderer himself. This is more than a meal. It’s a journey through flavor, fire, and frontier spirit. Enjoy a fabulous and FUN night at Texas Wine Collective for the Chameleon Dueling Pianos. Gates open at 6:30 pm, and the pianos start dueling at 7:00 pm.

The Cork & Fork food truck will be open. Tickets are $20 per person, and kids 12yrs and under are free.
