- January 24 - Last date to change your Wine Club information to ensure updates are applied to your February shipment.
- January 26 - BILL club orders.
- January 28 - 1st day Wine Club orders are available for pick up.

CLUB SUNDAYS: February 1 & 8 - Reservations are required. Tickets available December 2025.

- ONLINE CLUB WEEKS: January 26 - February 8 - Beginning 11 AM on Monday, January 26, and ending on Sunday, February 8 at 5 PM, Wine Club Members may purchase any wine/cider online for 30% off. Wine may be shipped or held at Texas Wine Collective for pick up for up to 30 days.
