Aromas of black tea leaf and wild raspberry are plentiful. The pallet is overwhelmed with ripe wild berries with a hint of butter and caramel on the finish. Soft tannins linger bringing out delicate flavors of cherry and gingerbread.
Pairs with Torta del Casar cheese, braised lamb shank, chicken shawarma, garlic parmesan baked eggplant, or snickledoodle cookies.
